TERMS – All sales are final with no exchanges or returns.
PAYMENT – The 10% buyer’s premium is charged automatically by uglycars.com to the payment form on file at the end of the auction. The remaining bid amount payment is due by the first Business Day following the close of the auction.
PICKUP – Buyers must make their own arrangements for towing. Local towing is available for an additional fee by outside contractors. Working on, or operating vehicles on the property is strictly prohibited.
DATE -The item must be removed within 2 business days following the close of the auction.
All vehicles left on site after two business days following the sale close will incur storage charges of $45 per day, per vehicle. Vehicles left for more than 7 days will be towed from the property at the owner’s expense. If you have a specific issue preventing pickup please CONTACT US so we can try to accommodate special arrangements.
