For this reason, ALL vehicle listings are considered inoperable or “INOP” vehicles.

PREVIEW – Item preview is available weekdays from 10a to 5p at 4404 Castlewood Rd, Richmond VA, 23234. All vehicles in this sale are considered inoperable for any of a variety of reasons. If the vehicle does happen to run, moving it forward and backward in its space. is the extent it may be operated on our premises.

TERMS – All sales are final with no exchanges or returns.

PAYMENT – The 10% buyer’s premium is charged automatically by uglycars.com to the payment form on file at the end of the auction. The remaining bid amount payment is due by the first Business Day following the close of the auction.

PICKUP – Buyers must make their own arrangements for towing. Local towing is available for an additional fee. Working on, or operating vehicles on the property is strictly prohibited.

DATE -The item must be removed within 2 business days following the close of the auction.

All vehicles left on site after two business days following the sale close will incur storage charges of $45 a day. Vehicles left for more than 7 days will be towed from the property at the owner’s expense.
