The story of this dump, as we understand it, is that it WAS a fully operational machine. It was parked when the site project came to a pause, which happened to be better then a decade ago. The truck does look to be complete and not vandalized (good news!) It also has a clear Virginia title (more good news) However, since it's been over a decade since it was run, this machine is as a result sold as-is, where-is. Before you bid, make sure you have the capability to load and transport this machine unassisted, as this is located at a local church and there are no resources available on site to assist in loading.
